Product Description
Acoustic and Vibration Absorbing Plywood (Birch) – Wholesale Sales
Acoustic and vibration Absorbing plywood is a building material that offers exceptional sound insulation and vibration reduction, while retaining all the benefits of traditional plywood. Thanks to innovative sound-dampening materials such as cork and rubber, our products are an ideal solution for spaces that require effective noise and vibration control. We offer wholesale sales of these panels, making it an excellent opportunity for construction companies, designers, and manufacturers who need large quantities of materials for their projects. Take advantage of our offer and supply your business with high-quality acoustic panels at competitive prices.
Manufacturing Features of Acoustic Plywood:
Our acoustic and vibration-Absorbing plywood is produced using modern technologies that provide exceptional properties for Absorbing both sound and vibrations. Wholesale sales allow flexibility in selecting materials for larger construction projects where both quality and price are crucial. The production process includes the following stages:
- Rubber-based plywood: Layers of rubber provide excellent vibration Absorbing and high sound insulation.
- Cork-based plywood: Cork, known for its excellent sound-absorbing properties, effectively absorbs sound waves and reduces vibrations.
- Durability and moisture resistance: Phenolic-formaldehyde adhesive ensures durability and moisture resistance, making the panels ideal for various construction conditions.
As partners in wholesale sales, we offer flexibility in adjusting orders to meet your business needs and ensure fast delivery of large orders.
Properties of Acoustic and Vibration Absorbing Plywood:
- Sound Insulation: Thanks to their excellent sound-Absorbing properties, the panels effectively reduce sound transmission, making them ideal for applications requiring high-quality sound insulation.
- Vibration Absorbing: Plywood minimizes noise generated by vibrations, making it ideal for use near industrial machinery, transport routes, and other vibration-generating equipment.
- Durability: The products are highly resistant to wear, and their structure ensures long-lasting reliability.
- Versatility: Ideal for use in walls, floors, ceilings, partition walls, and machine enclosures. The ability to finish with various materials allows for adaptation to different architectural projects.
- Ease of Processing: Like traditional plywood, our acoustic panels are easy to cut, shape, and install, making them an excellent choice for mass production and large construction projects.
Surface Types Available:
We offer panels in various surface finishes that adjust to the specific needs of projects:
- Without coating (NS): A functional solution where the appearance of the surface is less important, but maintaining acoustic properties is crucial.
- Both sides sanded (S2): A smooth and aesthetic surface, ideal for applications requiring high-quality finishing.
- Covering options (HPL, CPL, or fiberglass): High-pressure laminate (HPL), continuous pressure laminate (CPL), or fiberglass covering increases durability and improves aesthetics, making the panels ideal for areas with high foot traffic.
Sizes and Thicknesses:
We adapt our products to meet customer requirements, offering panels in various sizes and thicknesses, ideal for fulfilling large wholesale orders:
- Rubber-based plywood: Available in thicknesses of 15 mm and 18 mm, with a standard size of 1525×1525 mm.
- Cork-based plywood: Available in thicknesses from 11 mm to 23 mm, with sizes of 1500×1500 mm, 2440×1220 mm, and 1450×2950 mm.
Thanks to the wide range of thicknesses and sizes, our offer is perfect for large construction projects requiring various material dimensions.
Available Quality Classes:
Our acoustic plywood is available in different quality classes, allowing flexibility in choosing the right material for the specific requirements of the project:
- B/BB: High-quality veneer on the front and standard veneer on the back – ideal for visible surfaces.
- BB/BB: Good quality on both sides – suitable for general construction applications.
- BB/CP: High-quality veneer on one side, lower quality on the other – ideal for one-sided applications.
- BB/C: High-quality veneer on one side, utility-grade veneer on the other – best for construction where appearance is not a priority.
- CP/CP and C/C: Utility-grade veneer on both sides – ideal for construction applications.
Our products available in wholesale sales allow purchasing materials tailored to specific needs in large quantities.
Material Composition:
The acoustic and vibration-Absorbing plywood is made from the following materials:
- Birch veneer: Known for its high quality and stability.
- Cork and rubber: These materials provide excellent acoustic properties and vibration Absorbing, making our products the ideal choice for projects requiring high-quality materials.
- Adhesive: Phenolic-formaldehyde adhesive ensures strong bonding and moisture resistance, guaranteeing durability.
Formaldehyde Emission and Moisture Content:
- Low formaldehyde emission: We meet stringent environmental standards, offering plywood with formaldehyde emission of 0.1–0.3 mg/m² h, ensuring compliance with European standards.
Moisture content: The panels maintain an appropriate moisture level, ensuring stability under various construction conditions.
Packaging Weight:
The weight of each plywood sheet varies based on its thickness and size, ranging from 400 to 950 kg per package. This range allows for easy handling and transport, depending on your project’s scale and logistical requirements.
Noise and Vibration Protection:
- Rubber-based Plywood: Provides noise reduction of ≥35 dB, along with vibration insulation, making it highly effective for both soundproofing and reducing vibrations in noise-sensitive environments.
- Cork-based Plywood: Provides noise insulation of ≥32 dB, offering excellent sound absorption while minimizing vibration transmission.

Photos show the approximate appearance of the plywood. Plywood sheets may differ from the pictures in terms of acceptable defects. Each grade has its own acceptable defects, check with your manager for details.

Grade B/B, B/BB plywood is used for furniture and interior and exterior decoration. If sheet appearance and maximum strength are crucial for your purposes, it is best to choose B grade, which also has the strictest technical control when it comes to production. Only minor defects are allowed.

Class BB/BB, BB/CP is mainly used as a base for floors or as various furniture components, as well as a base for laminated plywood.

CP grade is ideal for projects where appearance is not paramount or those that are invisible. It is used for packaging materials or flooring underlay. The incidence of noticeable defects is higher compared to better grades.

Class C is reserved for products whose appearance is of no importance. There may be a few visually noticeable flaws. Nevertheless, we guarantee that the veneers are properly glued together. It is suitable for use as packaging because despite the low grade, the plywood is still waterproof and durable.
