Plywood with a non-standard veneer set offers a unique approach to traditional plywood, presenting a variety of veneer types and configurations that differ from standard options. This type of plywood is ideal for specialized applications where conventional veneers do not meet aesthetic or functional requirements. By offering a range of veneer options, our plywood adapts to custom projects, providing clients with the opportunity to achieve the exact look and performance needed for their specific applications.
Manufacturing Features
The production of plywood with a non-standard veneer set involves a careful process in which high-quality veneers are selected and applied to plywood panels. The veneers used may vary in type, grain pattern, and color, allowing the finish to be customized to the unique specifications of each project. Adhesives such as phenol-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde are applied to permanently bond the veneers to the plywood core, ensuring durability and stability. The result is a product that combines the strength of traditional plywood with the distinctive characteristics of non-standard veneers.

Grades
We offer plywood with a non-standard veneer set in various grades to match different quality and aesthetic needs.
Grades include: B/B, B/BB, BB/BB, BB/CP, BB/C, CP/CP, CP/C, and C/C.
Each grade reflects the quality of the veneer and the overall appearance of the plywood, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option based on project requirements. Higher grades, such as B/B and B/BB, offer better surface quality, while lower grades, such as C/C, are more cost-effective and appropriate for applications where appearance is less critical.
Adhesive
In the production of our plywood with a non-standard veneer set, we use high-quality adhesives such as phenol-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde.
- Phenol-formaldehyde adhesive is known for its strength and moisture resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications.
- Urea-formaldehyde adhesive provides a cost-effective option while still offering good bonding properties.
Both adhesives ensure that the veneers are securely bonded to the plywood core, contributing to the overall durability and performance of the plywood.
Formaldehyde Emissions and Moisture Content
Our plywood with a non-standard veneer set has a low formaldehyde emission level ranging from 0.1-0.3 mg/m² h, significantly below the permissible standard of 3.5 mg/m² h. This makes our plywood a safe choice for indoor environments, meeting stringent health and environmental standards. The moisture content of the plywood ranges from 5-12%, which helps maintain stability and prevents warping in various humidity conditions.
Package Weight
The weight of a single package of our plywood with a non-standard veneer set ranges from 600 to 1400 kg, depending on the thickness and size of the sheets. This weight range allows for easy handling and transportation, adapting to different project sizes and logistical needs.

Photos show the approximate appearance of the plywood. Plywood sheets may differ from the pictures in terms of acceptable defects. Each grade has its own acceptable defects, check with your manager for details.
Grade B/B, B/BB plywood is used for furniture and interior and exterior decoration. If sheet appearance and maximum strength are crucial for your purposes, it is best to choose B grade, which also has the strictest technical control when it comes to production. Only minor defects are allowed.
Class BB/BB, BB/CP is mainly used as a base for floors or as various furniture components, as well as a base for laminated plywood.
CP grade is ideal for projects where appearance is not paramount or those that are invisible. It is used for packaging materials or flooring underlay. The incidence of noticeable defects is higher compared to better grades.
Class C is reserved for products whose appearance is of no importance. There may be a few visually noticeable flaws. Nevertheless, we guarantee that the veneers are properly glued together. It is suitable for use as packaging because despite the low grade, the plywood is still waterproof and durable.
